We’ve got a great talk for the first ever Design Patterns Holiday Extravaganza - Oscar Cortes will be giving a practice run through of his talk for Flex Camp - Building Mashups with Flex. Talk description below…
You’ll learn how to leverage Cairngorm, HttpServices, WebServices, XML, e4x, External Interface, JavaScript and HTML to create mashups. We will also be looking at how mashups can bring innovation and integration to the enterprise world.
Sam and I are going to pick up some beer and pizza for this one - so come hungry and thirsty. I will also be giving away an Apple Remote or two, or three. As always, first Wednesday of the month (Dec 3), 7pm, Brightcove 12th floor. Map to Brightcove. Then drinks after at Characters - which is on the first floor of the Brightcove building.
Election Results Added to Election Center
The Election Center now has the actual results from the election. Currently only Missouri is undecided. As always, data is from electoral-votes.com . I’m still planning on open sourcing the the Election Center, but, that might take a few weeks. (Need to do some clean up. And there is still one view I’d like to add.)
